Job Description

  1. Customer order management
  2. Customer claim management
  3. First contact window of customer inquiries (Backlog, Sales price, Delivery, Product availability)
  4. Support sales active selling (Quotation, reporting)
  5. Support internal/external auditing (reference documentation)
  6. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), develop measures and track to ensure a positive impact to customer supply chain & satisfaction.
  7. Provide accurate and timely reporting bringing transparency to the business.
  8. Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) process improvement consistently and enable this standard way, to be automated, if anything feasible.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years in logistics or trade sales environment.
  • Good English both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact & collaborate with internal/external customers for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP knowledge (preferred)
  • Data analytic skill - Able to identify the root cause, based on daily transaction/movement/problem area and follow up the preventive action with relevant team proactively.
