• Define the test specification according to product specification.
• 根据产品技术参数制定试验规范。
• Define the V&V plan according to the test specification and project request.
• 根据项目需求和产品测试规范，制定测试计划。
• Build the test setup, conduct the test content, collect and analyze test data, complete the test report.
• 搭建试验装置，执行测试内容，整理并分析测试数据，完成试验报告的输出。
• Set up and maintain test capability to ensure the stability and reliability.
• 建立与维护产品测试能力，确保测试设备的稳定和可靠。
• Perform the daily check of test equipment and 5S of the test area.
• 做好试验设备的日常点检和试验区域的5S。
• Response the field commissioning and test according to the project request.
• 根据项目需求，负责客户现场的调试与测试。

• Bachelor’s degree on Mechanical Electronics Engineering.
• 机电工程类专业本科以上学历。
• Familiar with the testing tools and technology, such as DAQ, signal Generation, Multi-meter and kinds of sensor technology.
• 熟悉常用的测试工具(仪器)和技术，如信号采集设备，信号发生器、万用表以及各种传感器技术。
• Have the basic knowledge in hydraulic area, including hydraulic valve and system.
• 具备基础的液压知识，包括液压元件和系统。
• Experience in converter/Servo control application is preferable.
• 有变频/伺服控制等调试应用经验者优先。
• Have strong problem-solving skills, able to identify and solve technical problem during testing.
• 较强的问题解决能力，能够在测试过程中识别和解决相应的技术问题。
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• 良好的沟通和协调能力。
