Bosch in Taiwan is developing surveillance products for the worldwide market. We are working in our local and global network with newest technologies to design AI ready products for the global market. For our team in Taipei, Zongshan district, we are looking for a Android BSP Engineer.

As a Android BSP Engineer you will:
• Create something new: You will together with us implement great new ideas and bring innovative features to the market.
• Help shape the future: You will work in a large variety of video security related areas, including Linux real-time operating systems, kernel and driver programming, based on different platforms like ARM and specialized Video SoC (System on Chip).
• Experience cooperation: You will work together with other developers in different countries and be part of an international community.
• Live internationally: You will be part of our smart agile team and be in the center of a revolutionary industry.

• Working Practice: Ability to analyze and debug complex problems. Experience with Python or Shell-Scripting.
• Experience and Knowledge: Deep knowledge in embedded Linux systems on all levels (e.g. drivers, systemd, userspace, ...). Good knowledge of Yocto, Cross-Compiler and revision control systems. Familiar with continuous integration concepts and tools.
Preferably, also knowledge of Android OS on different levels (Kernel, HAL, System Services, Framework), Android build system and Gerrit.
• Qualifications: Creating Linux systems with Yocto. Good programming skills in C, understanding of C++
• Languages: Proficient in written and spoken English. Teamplayer in international teams
• Education: Successfully completed University degree in computer science or related technical discipline.
