Job Description

  • Gain insights into all strategic People, Organization and Culture topics within our international team at Bosch Digital.
  • Be part of the Employer of Choice team of Bosch Digital and gain knowledge and experience in diverse aspects of worldwide Employer Branding.
  • Contribute to various areas including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, Retention Management, and On- and Offboarding processes.
  • Participate in the planning, conceptualization, and communication efforts for (recruitment) events and more.
  • Collaborate with People Organization and Culture professionals and teams worldwide to support strategic organizational and talent development initiatives.
  • Independently work on new projects while actively contributing ideas and insights to ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience and Knowledge: strong communication skills, first experience in using different IT Tools, e.g. SAP as well as MS Office, ideally first practical experience marketing or HR fields  
  • Personality and Working Practice: team player, creative, communicative, curious, independent, reliable and structured
  • Enthusiasm: passion for the People, Organization and Culture world and especially for the variety of Employer Branding and Commuinication related topics,
  • Languages: very good in German and English (written and spoken)

Additional Information

Duration: 4-6 months 

Location: The primary working location is our office in Stuttgart-Feuerbach. We offer the possibility of remote work on some days.
