1.  Develop and deliver automotive technical training and presentations on products, systems in line with TSS targets for external Bosch customers and internal Bosch staff.

2. Pro-actively seek new customer acquisitions and projects relating to TSS products and services around Technical Training and Technical Workshop Services.

3. Provide technical support to internal and external personnel via hotline, e-mail, webmail in line with TSS KPI’s on all AA product categories.

4. Represent TSS & AA in a technical capacity with internal and external customers.

5. Coordinate and maintain TSS Training and other equipment as required for Thailand.

6. Additional assigned by supervisor.

1. Education: Minimum Automotive Service & Repair recognised trade qualification, Trainer Qualification (Optional).
2. Work Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in a technical role within the automotive service and repair industry. OEM or aftermarket Electric Vehicle experience. Previous training experience.
3. Languages: Thai and English, Mandarin (optional)
4. Computer Skills: Advanced Windows PC uses and understanding. MS-Office suite particularly MS-PowerPoint.
5. Characteristics: High Level of Social Competence (able to connect with audience) Well-developed Technical and Methodological Competence, Strong presentation skills
