Job Description

  • Supports the Key Account Managers, Regional Sales Managers & Area Sales Managers in creating effective sales & marketing campaigns and customer submissions for the Bosch Trade Market (e.g. New Product Introduction process support for Key Accounts, Internal Presentations as per divisional requirements and KAM support via customer sales reporting and submission calendar creation)
  • Reports for KAMs for Key Account Monthly figures and including Competitor Analysis / Catalogue summary of competitors and customers
  • Provides administrative support to the KAM team– purchasing processes and business procedures including KA New Line Forms, PromoTool setup, WorkOns and New Account Setup
  • Monthly sales reporting for National/Regional Sales & Key Accounts
  • Website maintenance for Key Accounts
  • Ownership of all marketing collateral from KAM activities from customers and competitors
  • Ensure all HSE procedures are followed and all incidents are reported accordingly
  • Support KAMs / RSMs with daily tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales or any relevant course
  • Good proficiency with MS Office
  • Experience in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x onsite; 2 at home), however, training will be onsite
