Primary Skills-

Digital Enterprise & Engineering across technologies, Presales and customer engagement background

Responsibilities will include:

• Fundamental understanding of Digital transformation & Digital enterprise solutioning across the tech stack
• Effectively communicate with CxO level across the region for key clients at a global level
• Strategize business growth in key geographies
• Articulate solutions and new value add across the tech stack for customers and present in forums / large gatherings
• Lead in partnership with the global Sales & Delivery teams to deliver growth across sectors including Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Energy, Utilities & Healthcare
• Support the planning and development of key accounts in coordination with Sales
• Work with the Head of Operations for Vertical and Practice to ensure contracts & services are delivered as crafted and remain adapted to customer business.

Required experience:

• 15-20yrs of Industry experience & should have led multi-geo diverse teams
• 10-12 yrs of Presales & Tech solutioning experience across India & global markets
• Demonstrated experience of driving business growth across the tech as a Presales & a thought leader
• Expertise in service delivery, costing, handling partner concerns and crisis management within a dynamic and multifaceted delivery organization

Qualifications:· Bachelors’ in engineering & Masters’ is a good to have
