Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

  • Support in coordinating daily tasks in sales operations for our sales team across Africa;
  • Identification, assessment and development of proposals to standardize and harmonize processes related to logistics and sales operations;
  • Support in administrative tasks such as price list updates and product data management;
  • Follows up with customers, the sales team, our business units and plants regarding ongoing projects in product management;
  • Support with the processes in product lifecycle, including market research, competitor analysis, planning and product launch;
  • Support with CRM set up and maintenance.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Administration or closely related fields;
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus;
  • Being self-directed, self-motivated and keen to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to work within a team in an international environment;
  • Proficiency with Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Good communication skills;
  • Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
