Role and Responsibility

• Responsible in Amata plant area for basic tasks and questions on Industrial Engineering topics, as well as for the quality and coordination of work system design and time data management in the extended value stream (included logistic- and manufacturing processes)
• Definition, introduction, coordination and monitoring of standards, methods and tools
• Support of the plant management in the introduction of IE central instructions and ensuring their compliance
• Implementation of Industrial Engineering self-assessments and cross-assessments
• Coordination and implementation of Industrial Engineering tasks in the value streams

Time data management:

• Implementing of work plan structures with regard to time data in SAP
• Defining, introducing and ensuring appropriate time data management methods for the determination of time data
• Implementing and safeguarding of a central, uniform, consistent and up-to-date database for time data in the plant as a basis for all other systems and departments.

Work system design:

• Ensuring and coordinating the improvement processes for existing work systems and MAE to optimize work design
• Implementing the basic functions for work place design, work organization and planning work systems with calculation in IGEL SW
• Checking new machines/workplaces (work methods and ergonomics) with Ergonomics checklist via Ergonomics Software
• Implementing and continues checking of work place design
• Defining working loops according to Ergonomics requirements and Manpower optimization
• Advising and supporting process planning engineers and tool/machine designers during machine design and modification
• Implementing Industrial Engineering (IE) projects e.g. Ergonomics Software migration, etc.

Productivity Management:

• Implementing instruments for measuring productivity and tracking key figures
• Tracking the changes in routing times, optimize StAB analysis for supporting productivity improvement          
• Initiative & implement Standardized work at the shop floor level
• Participation in Bosch Production System projects within the framework of the planning guide including planning and monitoring of improvement projects

Any projects assigned by superior including tasks according to IE-Guideline in Bosch Global Network

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in field of Industrial Engineering

Special Skills: Team player, Soft skills (communication, critical thinking and creativity, emotional intelligence, management, collaboration, adaptability)

Language Proficiency Level: Proficient command in English
