Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

  • Process Manager at BBM Purchasing with End2End approach, responsible to lead and implement all purchasing process changes in the system. Works closely to the other Process Managers and Process Owners as well.
  • Project Leader of E2E Process Efficiency at M/PU:
    • To establish metrics to track the Process Efficiency at the M/PU Process Landscape
    • To enable Efficiency Optimization to improve M/PU Performance
    • Definition and Lead of TOP5 main E2E Processes to be approached in 2024.
  • As Expert for the Process Documentation at BBM Purchasing, you need to ensure that all process changes are implemented in compliance with the guidelines, and in alignment with the entire Process Team: Process Managers, Process Owner and Process Experts.
  • Thanks to your initiative and internal customer orientation, you optimize the processes and its process documentation in terms of transparency and efficiency in coordination with the Process Team.

 

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or similar.
  • Fluent in English language, knowledge at German language is a plus (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in Purchasing, Project Management or Digitalization.
  • Good ability to work in a virtual team
  • Good communication abilities, proactive attitude, empathy
  • Resilience to work under pressure, attending all BBM locations in the world
  • Last but not least, ability to work in an environment with constantly changes to drive the digital transformation
