Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

  • The IT Process Manager realizes harmonization, standardization and efficiency of the modular processes at BBM Purchasing worldwide.
  • The Process Manager is also responsible to shape the IT Architecture based on the needs of each Process, considering all IT Systems: SAP R3, SAP S4, PILUM Modules, Umbrella Tools, etc.
  • Preparation of regular meetings of “PI Planning” in order to represent the BBM Purchasing targets and concerns to the IT organization, where all the T&R Tickets for IT Process Changes will be discussed and decided.
  • Ensure and monitor compliance with customer, legal, audit and internal requirements (e.g. RBGF´s)
  • Propose targets for process standardization and harmonization
  • Drive process analysis, digitalization and automation
  • Together with the Process Chain Manager, Process Owners and Process Delegates, drive the digitalization of BBM Purchasing worldwide

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or similar.
  • Fluent in English language, knowledge at German language is a plus (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in Purchasing, Quality or Digitalization.
  • Good ability to work in a virtual team
  • Resilience to work under pressure, attending all BBM locations in the world
  • Last but not least, ability to work in an environment with constantly changes to drive the digital transformation
