1. Ensure appropriate Design Validation Plan and execution versus customer requirements

2. Manage test equipment standardization, Maintenance & Calibration

3. Develop tests procedure or method following customer's requirement

4 Identify investment proposals for test bench, Tooling

5 Optimizes and Manage testing capacity (test benches and personnel)

6 Support other function (ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, Internal audit, etc).

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree of engineering in Mechanical or Electrics

2. Experience in automotive business

3. Testing experienced and good in Technical skill testing based

4. Management experience as leader team or Manager level

5. Good communication in English

6. Team work player

7. Testing experience for leader level related automotive industry

8. At least 5 years of managing customer project design validation experienced is preferred.

9. Experience for machine investment, Installation and maintenance

10. Proactive working with Bosch, working team and within Bosch worldwide team
