Job Description

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Customer Support _CIVP f/m” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following:

  • Receive After Sales calls and split requests by intervention area;
  • Manage After Sales Agenda;
  • Send request to Area responsible technician;
  • Ensure service in a max of 48 hours after the call;
  • Follow up visits with customers and technicians;
  • Organize training center activities and training agendas;
  • Keep track of service and fulfillment of KPIs and analyze their development;
  • Support technicians contacting customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Fluent in English and French;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Pro-active with high ambition to learn;
  • Team work oriented, motivated to achieve ambitious goals;
  • Excellent coordination and planning skills;
  • Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised;
