Your contribution to something big
- Ιmprove employee experience
- Drive and implement the full cycle of recruitment process
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding and new hire orientation
- Design and implement the employer branding concept of the company
- Promote and develop HR programs, initiatives and strategies including DEI
- Suggest new procedures and policies to improve efficiency of the HR Dept.
- Assist in training and development of employees
- Support Payroll and enter data into HR information systems
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
- Coordinate Health & Safety policies and related activities
- Coordinate HR-driven events
Qualifications
What distinguishes you
- 2-3 years of proven experience as HR Generalist in a multinational company
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
- MSc in Human Resources Management will be considered an asset
- Good knowledge of labour laws and employment related regulations
- Computer literacy, knowledge of MS Office & ERP systems
- Knowledge of Pyron HRM is preferable
- Fluency in Greek and English language (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and ethics
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Developed negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility and ability to work within a team and autonomously
- High motivation and outgoing personality with a “can do” attitude
