Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish the company's training system, encompassing policies, procedures, and standards aligned with the organization's talent vision.

2. Coordinate the implementation of global learning programs by partnering with the plant Level.

3. Implement processes and tools in partnership with stakeholders, such as workshop facilitators.

4. Systematize and enhance L&D processes throughout the plant, ensuring effectiveness.

5. Collaborate with Regional L&D Managers/HRM in planning and executing programs.

6. Create opportunities to drive learning as a tool for improvement and share best practices.

7. Maintain training records and documents to meet audit requirements.

8. Take responsibility for promoting the company's culture through various activities.

Qualifications

1. Education: bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, English, Psychology, Social Science, or a related field.

2. Working Experience: 5 years or more in a full generalist HR background/experience, including Training and Development, Recruitment, and Employee Relations.

3. Individual Character: Demonstrate a proactive work attitude, teamwork, ownership, ability to work under pressure, self-motivation, a strong sense of responsibility, a customer-oriented approach, and a collaborative team mindset.

4. Language Requirements: Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with groups and individuals in English.

5. PC Requirements: Proficient in using computer tools such as Teams, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc
