职位描述

- Manage one or several key product segments in China portfolio to achieve product line TGS,GM, EBIT target
- Develop go to market strategy for product segments define channel/customer product sell-in, sell through and
sellout promotion policy cross traditional trade, multiple, and online channels.
- Lead the full scope of product launch into China market working closely with HQ product team, supply chain, sales,
and other marketing colleagues
- Work with Retail Communication Managers on branding campaign, product launch communication plans, and key
events
- Manage sales forecast and product entry/exit to feed supply chain planning needs. Coordinate with demand planner
to ensure stock availability
- Watch local competition's marketing activities in related segments. Analyze key competitive product offers, and
develop China specific product road map input to global development plan.
- Responsible for ideation of central and country promotional activities
- Exercise price management to ensure proper product positioning, gross margin, and retail pricing system

职位要求

- Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in Sales & Marketing, Business Management and Mechanical
Engineering.
- 3 years above experience in marketing, experienced in brand management, high affinity and know-how regarding
B2C marketing/sales processes & price management, experience with both offline/online channel a plus
- Able to handle complex cross functional coordination and handle high pressure being the core department of
country sales office
- Excellent analytical & communication skills
- Very high level of customer, result orientation and future-oriented thinking
- Good English skills (written/oral), able to use English as working language on daily basis
