职位描述

• Oversee the after-service operations of the power tools industry, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to
customers.
• Manage a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure highquality
service.
• Develop and implement service policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance customer
satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective
actions.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and
customer support.
• Handle customer escalations and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, identifying opportunities for service improvement and
innovation.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely availability of spare parts and accessories.
• Conduct regular service audits and inspections to maintain service quality standards.
• Maintain accurate service records, including customer information, service history, and warranty claims.

职位要求

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the power tools industry, with a focus on after-service management.
• Strong knowledge of power tools and their servicing requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and
internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data and make sound judgments.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software used in service management.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and processes.
• Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Willingness to travel as required for customer visits and industry events.
