Job Description

  • Worldwide purchasing controlling for Categories in responsibility
  • Close collaboration with Category Management in regard of planning, prognosis and reporting, e.g. preparation of monthly reporting (MCR- material cost report)
  • Business Partnering for Category Management: Preparation and further development of data analysis, standard and ad-hoc reports
  • Collaboration in worldwide process teams: optimization and further development of processes, represent interests of the team
  • Push digitalization and automation in direct purchasing controlling
  • Participation in digitalization initiatives

Qualifications

  • University degree (BA, MA...) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, business mathematics or business informatics
  • experience in (purchasing) controlling is preferable
  • structured, analytical and independent way of working
  • very good understanding of figures
  • cross-functional and cross-process mindset
  • very good communication skills and assertiveness
  • motivation to work in global teams
  • advanced IT know-how (especially MS Office/Excel, SAP, Power BI)
  • fluent in English, German would be an advantage
