1.Independently responsible for platform and innovation test project, cooperate with project team for product development, test specification definition, test method development and test MAE;

独立承接平台或研究型项目，并与团队合作开发，包括产品设计，测试规范的定义，测试方法的开发以及相关设备场地的设计投资；

2. Responsible for leading problem solving and failure analysis, and mentoring team member technology+ methodology ;

可以独立处理业务领域内的问题解决与失效分析，并可以给予其他同事相关的指导与支持；
3. Independently and systematically calculate and evaluate the test reliability, could effectively optimize the deviation.

对测试结果的可靠性进行全面的正确的核算评价，并可以针对不符合项进行有效的优化改进;
4. Leading systematically CIP via process and technical optimizing;

通过优化流程体系和测试技术进行持续的质量效率改进；
5. Responsible for data analysis, recognize problem & tracking，assist speed-up product development;

负责数据分析，识别问题和跟踪, 支持产品开发时间缩短；

Bachelor degree or above

本科及以上学历

Electrical engineer & automation, Electrical Drive

电气工程及其自动化控制，电子驱动等专业

3~5 years working experience in mechanical or automotive testing

3-5年工作经历，有机械或汽车行业从业经历，具备一定的测试工作经验

Good performance in ex-job, with good coping and PS capability

以往工作中表现优异，并展现出卓越的应对困难解决问题的能力

Skilled on PC office software

熟练掌握办公软件

With good lab process management knowledge and mindset

具备较好的实验室管理流程意识

With good related product development and test knowledge

具备对口且较专业的产品开发与测试相关知识

Good at English communication, including reading, writing, listening and speaking

熟练掌握英文听说读写能力
