- First & central contact for factory and supplier problems in series production, cross-departmental link between development, plant, purchasing, quality & logistics.

- You identify deficits in the production chain, create (cost) transparency, identify potential for increasing output, reducing throughput times and cutting costs, propose change packages and support their implementation.

- You keep an eye on the entire production chain with regard to production processes and scaling levels, initiate planning and investment activities with those responsible to minimize risks (especially before SOP)

- You have a very good overview and insight into the value stream, a strong focus on production, can assess and evaluate the overall situation in the event of problems and derive and communicate comprehensible measures.
You control product and process changes, check change management and ensure their implementation.

- Support the component suppliers in the specification process of the automated production line to achieve the required production targets (quality, costs, time)

- Demonstrate project management skills including planning, prioritizing, monitoring, coordinating, and change & risk management.

- Education: completed university bachelor degree (preferred Master's/PhD) for Manufacturing Engineering or a comparable degree programme
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in project management to setup production lines, working in bicycle industry is preferred
- Know-how: Professional guiding of teams, strategically strong but also with an eye for detail, good moderation and communication skills, experience in cross-functional and agile collaboration.
- Working style: Self-employed, self-motivated, solution-orientated and structured
- Languages: Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English. German language skills are very big plus
