Bosch's Human Resources Office for Europe (HRS-EU) is located in Lisbon, Portugal. It is the first international HR service at Bosch and provides administrative support in this area.

Job Description

Under the overall HR Digitalization Team, our SAP HCM systems are the backbone of our business. We are using Payroll, Time Management, Personal Administration and Organizational Management modules for our SAP HCM worldwide and we are further rolling out this system for the countries still operates with their local solutions. That brings us more standardization, harmonization, and global common approach to our systems & processes.

Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the company’s corporate IT division in Germany. In our, dynamic and multicultural support team we take the responsibility of M&S related topics for our HR IT systems from the global application specialist perspective that oversees the activities all around the world.

              LET’S MAKE BOSCH A HOME FOR PEOPLE IN A DIGITAL AGE

Our team is looking for a SAP HCM Team Leader who will be responsible for Maintenance and Support activities worldwide for the SAP HCM system in 22 countries and management of the team, assuming the following responsibilities:

  • Support in SAP HCM further rollouts;
  • Support SAP HCM authorizations framework, including the design and maintenance of concepts and permissions;
  • Implement and provide solutions as per the business requirements;
  • Align closely with application owner for securing the system from data protection and access management perspective;
  • Collaborate with the country/regional responsible for the system;
  • Investigate recurrence and patterns of support needs to design holistic solutions. Liaise with subject-matter experts where escalation is needed;
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders, IT developers and other support teams;
  • Look for continuous process improvement, collaborations, and regular alignments with relevant stakeholders for topics such as: Interfaces, Data Security, etc;
  • Oversee preparation of status and KPI reports, technical documentation, training materials.

 

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Informatics or any comparable technical background;
  • Strong SAP HCM know how including all modules PA, PY, PT and OM (minimum 5 years experience);
  • Permissions and Authorizations in SAP knowledge is a plus;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to work in multiple time zones;
  • Good analytical skills for problem solving;
  • Experience of working in virtual teams and in international and intercultural context;
  • Very good knowledge in the use of MS-Office tools;
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset.
