1) 顧客が抱える課題を理解し解決策を提示する
2) 顧客へのプリセールス活動(製品説明、デモ、導入サポート)を実施する
3) 顧客へのポストセールス活動(製品のHW/SW実装のサポート、不具合サポート)を実施する
4) 営業部や国内外の関係者と連携し、セールスチャンネルの開発や今後の商品企画への反映を行う

Technical support including proposal and consultation, and product implementation support for customers
1) Understand customer's problem and propose possible solutions
2) Pre-sales activity (product explanation, demonstration, technical support)
3) Post-sales activity (HW/SW implementation support, techinical support for trouble)
4) Develop sales channel / reflect in future product planning by working closely with sales department and domestic/foreign stakeholders

［必須要件］

・ 理学、エンジニアリング系の学位または同等の学歴
・ 組み込みシステムに関する知識／実務経験
・ 顧客との日本語での技術的コミュニケーションスキル
・ 課題に対し積極的に取り組める人

［歓迎要件］

・ 自動車業界での実務経験
・ ビジネス英語 (TOEIC 500点以上)または、英語でのコミュニケーション経験 

［Mandatory］

・ BSc/MSc in science, engineering, or an equivalent education
・ Knowledge / Experience in embedded software development
・ Technical communication skills with customers by Japanese
・ Aggressiveness to work on tasks

［Preferred］
・ Experience in Automotive industry
・ English skills for business (TOEIC 500 points or more) or communication experience of English
