Job Description

Customer Management

  • Review & support the Customer Development Plan
  • Drive various Strategies for allocated Customers and define Top Priority based on IO development, Potential and Market opportunities
  • Foster New Customer Development by continuously adding non-focus customers into discovery stage together with ADMs as per the NSS Policy
  • Visit customers in order to address different levels in the customer's decision making process
  • Plan & execute Sales Increasing Actions for systematic growth of the business with BU support
  • Monitor and steer Sales margin development of allocated Customers
  • Review Customer Potential Analysis for developing new Customers
  • Review the Credit Management Policy of his/her Group

Market Development

  • Review measures recommended by ADMs for increasing the Business shares for DC
  • Review and approve the technology as suggested by ATS to fit the customer needs and value in the best way

Market Intelligence

  • Consolidate Competition Analysis done by ADMs and plan Strategies
  • Visualise the complete market of respective cluster and plan resources accordingly
  • Consolidate Market trends captured by ADMs & plan measures

Reports and Planning

  • Annual Sales Target Planning for the Group / Cluster
  • Resource planning & allocation for defined & potential customers and align targets to respective ADMs
  • Achievement of the accumulated targets and KPI of his/her direct reportees
  • Review the current IO & opportunity Pipeline vs. Target and its challenges, define & align activities to close the gap
  • Regularly evaluates the Performance of the self and team
  • Customer Pipeline Management
  • Ensure Accurate Data Maintenance in Robin

Commercial & Documentation

  • Ensure Compliance as per DC Guidelines for his/her Group

Team Development

  • Measure & ensure overall Team competence Development
  • Foster Collaboration, sense of purpose, motivation, healthy competition, Positive Leadership environment. Identification and nurturing of Key talents, People development, creating pool of succession plan for key positions. Collaborate across functions in talent attraction and retention by initiating appropriate programs
