• Operation and Maintenance of facilities and mechanical substructure (Compressed air, HVAC, Heating Systems, Water and Gas mains etc.)
• Cluster Service Team leading and team works
• New projects in facilities
• Technical support to new projects and realization of required mechanical infrastructure
• Fixed asset scrap management
• Hazardous waste disposal management
• Cleaning and gardening services (Sub contractor management)
• Energy management:
• Energy efficiency and CO2 reduction projects/activities
• Water efficiency projects/activities

What distinguishes you:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 year experience
• Experience on construction projects (preferred)
• Experience on working with sub-contractors
• Good level of AutoCAD knowledge
• Able to manage complexity
• Good command & fluency in English
• Experience on mechanical infrastructure
