Job Description

Our Bosch Team is responsible for building new data driven digital solutions for Bosch customers. As part of this team, you will support us with mastery in Agile philosophy & practice.   • Accountable for team’s effectiveness through agile practice.
  • Leading, training and coaching the organization in Agile philosophy.
  • Planning and advising agile method implementations within the organization.
  • Helping associates and stakeholders understand and enact empirical approaches for complex work.
  • Removing barriers between stakeholders and Agile Teams.
  • Supporting team through coordination and moderation of strategic workshops and ceremonies.
  • Supporting the implementation of a digital culture environment that leads us to business excellence.
  • Fostering the entrepreneurial spirit in daily activities and in interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications

- Experience in the application of Agile methods such as SCRUM and KANBAN for the implementation of IT tools and software development. Agile and project management knowledge, experience & certifications are differentiations.

- Graduated in Engineering, Business Administration, Economic Science, Marketing, Accounting Science or related fields. Generalist knowledge in software engineering / development, edge & cloud computing, automation and/or AIoT is a differentiation.

- Highlighted soft skills: result oriented, teamwork, team spirit, communication, relationship builder, organization, proactive, flexible, curious and maker spirit.

- Familiar with innovation philosophies, tools and methods such as design thinking, UX, customer development, lean startup, VPC/BMC, etc.

- Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Teams. MS Azure DevOps or similar tool is a differentiation.

- Languages: fluent in English. German is a differentiation.
