Job Description

Direct contact with the customer and the value chain, ensuring deliveries through analysis, confirmation and programming of demand in systems (ERP).

Sales forecasts analysis, alignment with the Business Unit strategy.

Preparation and monitoring of the production plan based on customer demand, inventory and expedited policies, ensuring compliance in conjunction with the manufacturing areas, supplier planning and support areas within the Supply Value Chain.

Customer's Demand Knowledge:

• To ensure client's requirements are updated in the system.

• Monitoring and requirements confirmations according to the parameters defined by Bosch or the client to accept or reject variations in the short and medium term.

• To identify source of demand/type of client (Tier, OEM, Bosch) to ensure compliance with the specific requirements that each one requires (Type of transmission EDI, Incoterm, Collection frequency, etc.)

Customer's Forecast Preparation:

• To maintain of 21 months of demand in the system by considering customer's EDI, Sales forecast and historical data.

• To analyze deviations between Forecast and actual sales.

• Comparison of EDI+ Forecast vs TPZ of sales.

• To communicate potential long-term demand risks to the value chain (EOP, increases, decreases, etc.)

Demand Control:

• To ensure the sending of ASN and confirm that it has been received by the client.

• To schedule shipments one day before the customer's pickup through LOW.

• Tracking of shipments from the departure of the unit until its arrival in Laredo or final customer.

• Coordinate EOP to reduce the risk of obsolescence in FG, WIP and RM.

Customer Communication:

• To inform the client in an effective and timely manner of bottlenecks caused by internal or external sources, offering delivery plans and alternatives to avoid impacts.

• Actively validate customer portals and comply with requested requirements (contact updates, ASN validation, boarding promises, etc.)

Analysis Result:

• To analyze the sales result of the assigned product according to the designated parameters and deliver the respective reports in a timely manner.

• To provide explanations, proposals and reliable data based on what was analyzed to support plant inventory control decisions.

• To conduct research related to the results of the analyzes to improve or correct deviations in the processes.

• To Identify areas of opportunity to improve business profitability and develop the corresponding measures.

Environmental Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Management System:

• Knowledge and compliance with the Environmental Management System (EMS) ISO 14001 and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGS) OHSAS 18001 according to points 5.3 and 4.4.1 respectively and Bosch Standard N93 A3.

C-TPAT & OEA:

• To comply with the standards established in the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) and AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) certification.

• To understand and ensure the implementation of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO9001 and IATF16949 according to the process in which it works within the organization.

• To manage, implement, assign the programs, processes and actions necessary to ensure compliance with the laws, regulations and requirements of the RBA code, the various authorities and applicable laws in force.
