Job Description

What will you take care of?

As an HR intern, you will be part of the Bosch Rexroth HR team in a cross-function experience:

Help shaping the future

  • You will have the opportunity to participate in training, development, performance management and recruiting activities, with a “hands on” approach and a "digital" mindset

Experience cooperation: 

  • You will be part of a dynamic, positive team, always aimed to offer to Bosch Rexroth employees the best support, as a "business partners".

Take on responsibility: 

  • You will give general support in the organization, scheduling and operative task for different projects within the HR dept. 


What distinguishes you?


  • You are a recent graduate in Legal, Human Resources, Economics or Management Engineering 

Experience and know-how:

  • You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office) and in particular with Excel. 
  • You have a good level of English (min B2)

Soft Skills:

  • You are a details-oriented and a result-oriented person. You are a good listener and have good interpersonal skills. You are a good team worker.
