The Bosch unit in Braga belongs to the Automotive Electronics division and is focused on making the vehicles our third living space. The company supplies infotainment, display, connectivity and HMI solutions for passenger cars, trucks and two-wheelers. Your contribution to something big:

• Establish semantic technologies to develop and operate a knowledge graph for our manufacturing domain in ultimately building up our data mesh;
• Design and implement a reliable API-framework for our internal data consumers;
• Design and implement a web UI for representing the data entities of our knowledge graph and capture additional insights;
• Support and grow our agile framework to anchor the methodologies within our organization;
• Have fun as part of a global team!

What distinguishes you:

• Background in IT, computer sciences or similar;
• Experience with Jetbrains IDE;
• Working within scrum framework of an international and multi-cultural team and support CI/CD workflows (ideally experience with Jira, Confluence, Jenkins and/or github);
• Experience in code reviewing and joining efforts from backend and frontend devs for a common product, combined with formulating a release process;
• Experience in Python, especially also with unit-test;
• Ability to draft software architecture for the target solution and apply SW design patterns;
• Ability to retrieve data from traditional relational sources via SQL;
• Knowledge on best practice in creating and maintaining API for data re-use by internal apps, ideally GraphQL and OData;
• Pros: strong drive towards UX and experience in TDD and/or BDD;
• Not being scared away by writing (unit) tests (sorry!);
• Additional language knowledge in C#/.net, Java, PHP, JS, etc. always a plus.
