• プロジェクトにおけるソフトウェア開発の計画、スケジュール立案および管理を行う
• 顧客要求仕様を機能開発/その他にブレークダウンし、顧客マイルストーンに応じた適用計画を立案する
• ソフトウェアの品質および開発状況を確認する(HW LiB, BSW,...)
• 要求分析からソフトウェアテストまでの全ての開発プロセスの実行に対して責任を持つ

• Plans, schedules and monitors the software project
• Scheduling the implementation of broken-down functional/non-functional software requirements
• Tracks dates and quality of delivered SW (HW LiB, BSW,...)
• Responsible for the execution of all process steps (from requirements to SW test)

• 技術論議を日本語と英語で可能なこと (日本語：堪能、英語： TOEIC 650点以上)

• 製品開発の経験を有すること
• 社内および社外関係者を説得できること

• 自動車部品開発の知見を有すること
• FMEA, SA/DFA, FTA等の経験を有すること
• ISO26262, ASPICE, 8Dの知識を有すること

• Negotiation skill of engineering topics in Japanese and English (Japanese: native, English: TOEIC>650)

<Project management>:

• Stable, consistent transparency of risks + problems
• Realistic planning of product development
• Internal and external persuasiveness
• Integration of line management and platform

<Technical excellence>:

• Automotive component development process knowledge
• Methodological experience (FMEA, SA/DFA, FTA)
• Knowledge of ISO26262, ASPICE, 8D
