Job Description

Our Sales department is looking for a collaborator for the Southern Europe area

The sought-after professional profile has the commercial and technical expertise, critical thinking and organizational skills to carry out market studies, analyze customer requests in order to identify new potential products and applications.

Some of the activities are as follows:

- Visit and assist the assigned customers in the Mobile & Industrial sector of the reference area, for the development of new projects, as a specialist of CH products.

- The customer base includes both the management of OEMs through direct contact and the development of regional customers with the support of foreign colleagues located in the area.

- The resource we are looking for will have to create and update the market analysis for the area, in order to define the market development strategy through new customer research and new product/system development requests in coordination with the technical and product management department .

- He will also be responsible for the dissemination of CH products through technical-commercial presentations and training dedicated to customers and Sales Country Units.

- Will have to create offers, define the budget and discuss price increases with responsibility for achieving specific objectives.

- Will participate in trade shows and DC meetings dedicated to sales.

- Will support the technical and commissioning departments during machine tests or prototype start-ups and will collaborate with the Quality and Complaint Management departments for customer returns.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a person with a strong customer orientation who wants to experiment in a new challenging and dynamic context.

This role requires good familiarity with the main IT tools (MS OFFICE).

You must also have good knowledge of the English language.

The profile is completed by ability to synthesise, argue and explain, organizational autonomy, flexibility, predisposition to teamwork and personal contacts, initiative and propensity to assume responsibility,

Available to travel, practical and organized.

The workplace will be assessed during the interview, with the possibility of assignment to one of the three plants (Vezzano sul Crostolo, Pavullo nel Frignano, Nonantola)
