1. Coordination of Manufacturing Engineering Activities including Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing

2. Quality Quotation preparation focused on technical issues. Provide all the information for the proper costing of new products.

3. Coordinate the activities of Manufacturing Engineering related to the launch of new products.

4. Coordination of Engineering and Process Changes Initiate and lead the improvement of activities in current products (Use of capacities and labor of space, optimization of the capacity already installed)

5. Main product contact for external sources Promote and use APQP tools in conjunction with the Project Manager

Education: Degree related to any engineering field (Master's is optional)

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience developing and/or launching electronic products for the automotive industry.

Skills:

• Knowledge of product and manufacturing processes
• Experience in project management
• Strong knowledge of APQP
• Bilingual (English-Spanish)
• Knowledge of Problem Solving Methodologies
• Lean Manufacturing
• ISO/TS 16949 
• MS Office
• Leadership, pro activity, teamwork and good communication skills.
