Job Description

  • Responsible for sales turnover in Visayas and Mindanao Region for Fire Detection and Alarms System (FDAS).

  • Develop and manage local customer and influencer portfolio and implement agreed channel strategy based on the budget set by local CSO and FIR Regional Strategy.

  • Present, discuss, adjust, and follow up on technical and commercial solutions with the end users and all relevant parties.

  • Support on the planning of product launch introduction in the Visayas and Mindanao areas. Can be able to generate, follow-up, and win project leads in Visayas and Mindanao Areas and focus vertical.

  • Increase sales awareness of FIR SPH through Visayas and Mindanao region by creating demand and project leads through business developments and early involvement with large end-users and major influencer groups. By planning and organizing key influencer events in collaboration with the local marketing team of BT-FIR, thru participating in trade shows, congresses, and support PR.

  • To build a strong and good business relationship management w/ key customers and key influencers in Visayas and Mindanao region.

  • Provide feedback on market trends, and customer/end-user needs and support collection of competitor information (portfolio as well as industries).

  • Define and implement price, discount, and rebate schemes in line w/ BU guidelines and local CSO for the territory.

  • Actively get involved in the tender specification of large projects, drive specifications of FIR and convert these tenders into leads.

  • Collaborate w/ local CSO to align sales and Account receivable topics.

Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Networking, Electronics, or equivalent.

  • At least 5 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing related to FDAS.

  • With good presentation and communication skills. Can manage to work with different levels of stakeholders (internal and external).

  • Can manage the business development, projects, and sales or account plan to achieve the target deployment and KPI steering.

  • Highly organized, with good time management, strategic thinking, and planning skills to build pipelines and up-to-date sales management and reporting.

  • Excellent in negotiation to decision-maker environment.

  • Highly flexible to work as a team player and, at the same time, work independently.

  • Resourceful and with good networking skills.

  • Trustworthy especially in handling confidential information.

  • Willing to travel and to be assigned in Visayas and Mindanao area.
