-    Bachelor or above, machinery, electronic, automotive engineering or industrial engineering
-    IATF16949 certificate， VDA6.3 certificate preferred
-    5 working experience in automobile industry
-    knowledge of powertrain products and manufacturing
-    knowledge and experience of QM-system, 5 Q-tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP)
-    knowledge and experience of statistic technique, risk management and problem-solving technique
-    Fluent oral and written English
-    Fast learner, good communication skills
