Job Description

  • Conducting reliability assessments and root cause analyses to enhance boiler products performance
  • Making technical assessment for designed or purchased components in terms of reliability concerns 
  • Being able to understand and explain possible damage mechanisms act on boiler components/materials
  • Developing and executing comprehensive testing protocols for combustion solutions and designing reliability test procedures
  • Performing reliability tests in laboratory and giving proposals for design improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement design improvements.
  • Preparing the specification of test machine
  • Preparing the reports for tests and research studies
  • Being able to understand physical damage mechanisms and failure effects
  • Following up projects as "reliability engineer" member (Product development projects, Cost-down projects, ECR projects, Problem solving sessions etc)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in reliability engineering, preferably in combustion systems or boiler technology.
  • Strong understanding of combustion principles and technologies
  • Experience with reliability engineering methodologies such as failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), FMECA, and root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and statistical methods knowledge
  • Proficiency in using reliability software and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills in English
  • Ability to work at laboratories
