Robert Bosch Production Slovakia, s.r.o. so sídlom v Bernolákove je medzinárodná spoločnosť zaoberajúca sa renováciou automobilových alternátorov (repas alternátorov). Je to pôvodom dánska firma (Holger Christiansen Production Slovakia, s.r.o.), súčasťou koncernu Robert Bosch GmbH sa stala v roku 2008. Na Slovensku pôsobí už od roku 2000 a v súčasnosti má približne 200 zamestnancov. Zaujímavosťou je, že závod v Bernolákove je jedinou Bosch prevádzkou na repasovanie alternátorov na svete.

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

• Release of products and spare parts into the production process.
• Test planning for the release of new products.
• Creation of new BOMs (Bill of materials).
• BOM management, including implementation and coordination of product and process changes.
• Close cooperation with other departments in the world wide organisation.
• Creation of technical documentation, preparation of work instructions.
• Management and support of customer, improvement and cost saving projects.
• Improvement of reman processes.
• Contact partner and support of the production regarding BOM issues and technical support

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

• University degree with an technical background, as e.g mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanics, production engineering; respectively Secondary school with relevant experience
• Technical drawings, diagrams.
• Experience in production or remanufacturing is an advantage.
• Field and engineering experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, especially alternators and starters is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Quick understanding and ability to solve problems effectively.
• Sense of teamwork, reliability.
• Logical and analytical thinking.
