Job Description

As a Junior HR Associate you will join our People, Organization & Culture team and play a crucial role in supporting our mission to enhance employee experience, engagement, and satisfaction.

Your contribution to something big:

  • Assist in HR administrative tasks
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and procedures
  • Assist in the development and execution of initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being
  • Address employee concerns, ensuring a fair and positive work environment
  • Contribute to fostering a culture of open communication and inclusivity
  • Contribute to career development initiatives,
  • Play a key role in the onboarding process, helping new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization
  • Collaborate closely with managers, team leads and employees to understand their unique needs and challenges

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
  • Experience in HR related roles is an advantage 
  • Strong interest in HR related topics
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Fluent in English
  • Computer literate (MS office)
  • Experience in HR related roles is an advantage
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized and proactive
  • Positive, enthusiastic, creative, open-minded, eager to learn
