Job Description

► Being in charge of planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting IT projects with the use of various project management methodologies.

► Interface and contact of other Bosch production locations all over the world as Leadplant IT PJM – where he/she needs to coordinate and riport Manufacturing plant defined IT related KPI-s, and also monitor and riport the status of Manufacturing plant defined IT production related elements.

► Identifies the project's goals, objectives, budget and scope and creates a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required.

► Handling clients expectations, constructing a comprehensive project plan, defining the project's scope, and assigning duties to project members.

► Communicate and work collaboratively with the project team and stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track.

► Being able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met.

► Being able to identify potential risks and take measures to mitigate them before they can negatively impact the project.

► Being able to quickly identify and solve problems that may arise during a project.

► Having a good understanding of the IT aspects of the project and be able to communicate effectively with the team members.

► Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

► Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

► Extensive experience (3-5+ years) in project management, industrialization within the automotive industry.

► Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

► Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software.

► Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

► Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

► Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

► Fluent in English; knowledge of German language is beneficial.
