Job Description

Bosch Sensortec (BST) is seeking to hire a Functional Process & IT Specialist Sales & Distribution Management for our Supply Chain Management Team located in Taipei, Taiwan. As member of our worldwide Logistics team you will play a vital role in providing expert guidance and support to our operations team in all logistics related business processes and IT solutions in the area of Sales & Distribution Management w/ SAP SD,MM,GTS and Blue Yonder.

As Functional Process & IT Specialist Sales & Distribution Management in our team your roles and corresponding tasks include:

1. Business Lead for process & IT solution “Order to cash” (SAP SD/MM/GTS, BY-Blue Yonder ESP & OP)
Continuous improvement (CIP): Continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness by gathering and analysis of business processes requirements from daily operations. Proposal of business process and IT system specifications in close collaboration with IT department as main interface from Business. Review and verification of proposed design solutions and effort estimations to ensure
alignment with organizational standards and business requirements. Conduction into feasibility assessments incl. provisioning of input on scope, timeline, and resources. Preparation of user stories and test scenarios, capturing of test results and performing of integration and user acceptance tests.
Key-User Role to Business on SAP Solution: Advisor role in logistics, developing and provisioning of operational trainings, guidance and recommendations on SAP and BY solutions to end users, leveraging expertise to provisioning of insights into best practice solutions.
Leadership for initiatives to close critical incidents: Tracking and resolution on all reported defects. First level support for logistics operations team for critical incidents, root cause analysis and lead of counter measures, utilizing expertise to analyze and promptly resolve incidents to minimize business impact.
Process & IT roadmap for further development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize and allocate resources for further development, maintenance and support of business processes and IT solutions. Ensure alignment of the IT solution portfolio with operative business goals and objectives.
Performance measurement: Monitor and report on effectiveness and performance of process and IT solutions.
▪ Business Owner logistics for internal IT transportation tool (user maintenance, access rights, regular reports, new user trainings)
Change Approvals: Assessment and decisions on change requests based on feasibility, impact on existing systems, budget, and alignment with business objectives.
Master Data owner: Owner of relevant Master Data and correlated business functions

2. Internal and external process Audit support:
Support to conduct regular internal and external audits in order to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Governance for regular critical master data checks.
Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices in relevant process and IT requirements and regulations.

3. Project Management:
Hands-on participation for Key Projects: Actively contribute to key projects by providing expertise, guidance, troubleshooting, quality checks, and working on project deliverables.
Review and approve Documentation: Thoroughly review and approve key user documents, including user requirements, design documents, functional/technical specifications, ensuring adherence to standards

Qualifications

Essential Requirements
- Completed Masters degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial engineering or comparable subject
- Min. 5 years professional experience with focus on business process and IT management in supply chain management, with system integration and/or affected process customization
- Excellent language skills (both orally and in writing) in English
- Deep understanding of business processes in procurement, production planning, quality management, warehouse & inventory management, sales and distribution
- Advanced communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders of different technical areas and hierarchy levels.
- Active listener with the ability to challenge requirements and to translate operational needs into technical specifications
- Business-focused with strong cross-functional mindset and excellent analytical skills
- Proactive and independent style of working with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactivity in creating ideas and solutions in terms of business processes
- Dynamic and service oriented team player


Desirable Requirements
- Relevant certifications in SAP MM/SD/GTS and/or Blue Yonder ESP/OP are highly desirable
- Experience in semiconductor industry in fabless supply chain planning & distribution as well as in scope applications (e.g. SAP MM/SD/GTS, Blue Yonder ESP, OP)
- Demonstrated expertise in process and system integration projects
- Experienced in managing cross functional projects
- First experience to work in international teams
