Job Description

We are looking for a motivated graduate with a keen eye for detail and desire to learn and grow within Bosch Rexroth. In this role you will be providing support to the National Supply Chain Manger on all topics related to inventory holding, forecasting, demand planning and MRP calculation. You will also be developing and generating required reports for the Purchasing and Logistics departments as well as providing support to other stakeholders within the business.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Engage in supplier management - development and negotiation
  • Achieve cost savings and efficiency gains through your work
  • Provide support for commercial supply chain contracts, such as supplier contracts, customer contracts, NDA and Terms and Conditions
  • Procurement of goods / service in support of Production, Service and Engineering departments    
  • Obtain and assess quotes consistent with Company's approved supplier list 
  • Expedite deliveries to meet manufacturing / service / customer deadlines     
  • Data Integrity Project – Maintain data accuracy with purchasing info records / pricing etc – Update and Validate data in SAP
  • Participate in meetings with Sales / Service teams to review detailed forecasts for focus customers     
  • Generation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting in SAP for KPI     
  • Co-ordination of detective control reports for Purchasing and Logistics departments on Quarterly Basis

Qualifications

  • Min. 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain and / or demand planning /supply planning / Purchasing
  • SAP experience highly regarded
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access
  • Ability to liase with all department stakeholders and drive / facilitate process change
