• Identifies strengths and weaknesses of the production process: defines, measures, and improves assembly processes, logistics processes, testing processes, etc.
• Supports the development of new standardized processes using the BPS methodology in the areas of quality, delivery, costs, and production.
• Supports the identification of potential actions to reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance quality through the application of lean concepts.
• Implements necessary changes despite organizational constraints.
• Supports reporting progress in the implementation of lean concepts and oversees all aspects of implementation.
• Supports creating current and future looks of value stream maps and implements according to the planned schedule.
• Maintains implementation as a top priority and periodically updates the implementation plan.
• Checks the flow of processes in the value stream on a daily or weekly basis (CIP - Continuous Improvement Process).
• Participates in CIP projects as part of the value stream team.
• Other activities as instructed by the Employer.

• VII - VIII degree of education (preferably a Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field)
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of the German language is an advantage
