• Effective representation of the employer brand to target groups
• Student programs process responsibility / Summer School - Smart Start (student selection, placement, follow-up)
• University-Industry cooperation studies

• University degree from preferably Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
• Previous HR experience preferred, as HR Generalist or HRBP
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem solver, flexible, collaborative team player
• Strong organization & planning skills
• Willing to work in a multitask environment
• Able to work with autonomy
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Advanced level of MS Office programs
• SAP HR module knowledge
