Job Description

Data Management  

► Operational support on data transfer between GR Application to RB application (Ref-MDS, Redlake etc.) 

► Management of interfaces from GR applications to the standard RB applications (SAP, Ref-MDS, RedLake, Compas, WorkON etc.) 

► Updates / Patches for Databases (Oracle mainly) 

► Communication and follow-up with BDO 

Application Owner Support 

► First contact person at GR for selected applications (e.g. CAD) 

► User Management (inc. external) 

► Roles concept 

► Communication to BDO & GR internal users 

► Documentation (incl. LeanIX) 

► Collaboration at updates and further development 

► Certificates Management

3rd Party Software Licence Management 

► Support 3rd party license officer on execution 

► Creating and maintaining overview of licenses of 3rd party software at GR 

► Define processes for introducing new 3rd party software at GR and checking terms 

► Operational check of license terms on existing 3rd party software at GR 

► Clean-up activities for non-confirm software licenses 

► Escalation of violation license terms and non-conformity to 3rd party license officer

Software clearing operative execution 

► Operation work on requests for software clearing GR ww 

► Optimization and clean-up work for IT Portfolio at GR 

► Collaboration with BDO

Consulting GR users on implementation of standart IT services   

► Single Sign On (SSO), Operators Self Check etc. 

Qualifications

► Education: completed university degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable 

Experience and know-how: 

► 3+ years of experience in project management of IT projects  

► High analytical skills to analyze and solve cross functional interface problems 

► Solution-oriented approach and courage to make decisions 

► High level of consulting skills, strong ability for interdisciplinary thinking and integral collaboration using innovative tools 

► Ability to quickly grasp complex interrelationships and present them in a way that is appropriate for different stakeholders 

► Language: fluent English
