Team Development:
• Foster the professional growth and develop the team through training, mentorship, and skill enhancement

Plant Maintenance:
• Ensure maximum availability of Machine and Equipment (MAE’s) and facilities for production.
• Strengthen preventive, predictive, and condition monitoring maintenance to ensure the good health of MAEs
• Foster the introduction of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in the plant

Facility management:
• Lead the overall facility management of the plant and the maintenance of the building & plant facilities to
create the inspiring working condition for employees.
• Ensure 100% availability of utilities/facilities
• Drive Sustainability projects like energy,,Water conservation, to increase green coverage

Project Management:
• Initiate and steer the product transfer projects involving knowledge transfer, supplier base transition,
technology transfer, and Machines and Equipment (MAE’s)
• Drive cost reduction projects , capacity enhancement, and work efficiency

Industrial Engineering:
• Lead team to perform ergonomics assessments and ergonomic improvements
• Floor space planning and implement the Flow oriented Layout (FOL)
• Lead Manufacturing Co-ordination with lead plant and Benchmark the Processes and technology with
International Production Network (IPN) and exchange the best practices to create new benchmark

Tool Engineering:
• Ensure 100% availability of production resources, including MAEs, toolings and measuring equipment
• Introduce/develop advance/alternative technology/processes to improve product quality/cost

Investment Planning:
• Plan and realize investments budget according to set plans together with coordinating with the lead plant to
exchange best practices and introduce new technology and processes
• Resource planning(MAE capacity,HC and utilities and implement the measures to optimize the resources

Engineering Change Management:
• Lead the Engineering change management process in Plant and Ascertain right processes for implementing
changes

Risk Management and compliance:
• Develop and implement strategies for identifying potential risks and mitigation
• Ensure strict adherence to industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements

B.E. Mechanical with 12 - 18 years of relevant experience.
