Job Description

1. Job Summary
1.1 Lead and supervise a group og Logistic Direct Blue Associate to execute assigned daily operation tasks at designated location (Receiving / Warehouse / Shipping).
1.2 Maintain high inventory accuracy in both physical inventory and system of record.
1.3 Support department / plan vision and target KPIs.
1.4 Supervise and ensure subordinates adhere to 7S principals at workplace.
1.5 Conduct process confirmation to ensure subordinates are comply to the Standard Operation Procedures or/and work instruction (WI) without any deviation.
1.6 Lead and drive Logistic Operation Processes through the application of Bosch Production System best practices.
1.7 Responsible in taking good care of Materials Handling Equipment to ensure it always in good conditions and monitor it’s performance.
1.8 Ensure high material availability of Raw Materials and Finished Goods respectively in support production plan/schedule as well as fulfill customer order.
1.9 Support other duties, ad-hoc or/and special tasks assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

2. Job Scope
2.1 Lead and supervise a group of Logistic Direct Blue Associate to execute assigned daily operation tasks at designated location (Receiving / Warehouse / Shipping).
2.2 Support Continuous Improvement/System CIP projects.
2.3 Moderate support for workshop.

Qualifications

  • At least / Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • Basic computer knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel; possess SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Problem solving to resolve operation issues is essential.
  • Understands impact and consequences of own action.
  • Ensure physical and system inventory integrity TO closure on timely manner.
  • Possess analytical thinking and influencing leadership skill.
  • Flexible to take on ad-hoc assignment or project as necessary.
  • Seeking for keen learners who are excited to be part of the team, self-driven, well organized, have the ability to prioritize tasks and excellent problem-solving skills.
