Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

  • Lead Role in Skills-Driven Organization: Take the lead in tasks related to Skills-Driven Organization, specifically within the area of Product Owner Skill Hub. Manage HR processes and requirements for the entire skill ecosystem, which includes the skill program with Skill Hub, Job Skill Data Library, and corresponding processes.

  • Requirements Derivation for IT Implementations: Derive comprehensive requirements for IT implementations by closely collaborating with Business Development teams.

  • Stakeholder Coordination and Relationship Management: Coordinate extensively with stakeholders from central departments, such as C/HRP or corporate setting owner. Work closely with use case owners from involved business areas. Demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to create and manage relationships with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Educational Background: Hold a university degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field, coupled with demonstrated relevant experience in these areas.

  • Proven Digitalization Expertise: Showcase proven experience in the field of (HR) digitalization, with a track record of successfully introducing IT systems.

  • IT Systems Affinity: Demonstrate expertise in introducing IT systems, with a natural affinity for related systems.

  • Understanding of Process/IT Application Interface: Have experience or the ability to understand the process/IT application interface, ensuring a holistic understanding of the digitalization landscape.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication Skills: Exhibit a track record of working effectively with various stakeholders in central departments and business areas, including interface tasks.

  • Fluency in English is essential for effective communication and collaboration.
