Job Description

  • Responsible for Business Growth and Execution of Strategic Plan
  • Coordination of all Bosch Thermo technique activities and support After sales, Marketing and Product Management Teams in Headquarter
  • Maximize the capture of the growing project potential in Saudi Arabia in Mega/Giga Urban developments such as Neom & Red Sea
  • Consultancy & Support to Partners to implement Strategic Goals
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives and providing feedback
  • Identify and acquire new potential business partners and maximize the territory sales.
  • Enhance sales activities by arranging the necessary training for partners / customers and taking part in fairs and exhibitions 
  • Streamline the sales cycle by effectively coordinating negotiations between multiple stakeholders including contractors, consultants, owners, manufacturers, and implementation teams.

Qualifications

  • Min 5 years of experience in Heating or Air Conditioning Market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Heating and Air Conditioning Systems.
  • Proficiency in generating new business from running HVAC installation base and generating new business.
  • Knowledge of Arabic & English
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Able for frequent travel.
