China as a very important country with aggressive sales turnover target in the coming years. This position is a key position to drive Sales result by define the execute marketing strategy in different channels and product mix.  We want to search for young potentials who could grow to the leader of the marketing team.

Job Description

  • - To achieve turnover and profitability target via business plan and marketing campaign development.
  • - Responsible for product launch, product management including product positioning, pricing, promotion, channel management etc. Responsible for monthly forecast and stock management.
  • - Closely monitor market situation, collect competitor information and make proper analysis for market trend projection.
  • - Establish an effective cooperation within the sales organization and advertisement & promotion team for all tasks.
  • - Co-op with other departments to ensure marketing activities execution results, e.g. road-show, fairs, promotions etc.

Qualifications

  • - Master degree, preferably majoring in Sales and Marketing, Business Management or any other Marketing related field
  • - 2 years+ of relevant work experience in Marketing
  • - Excellent communication skills with fluent oral English, good business sense.
  • - Result orientation, systematic and structuring thinking, and self-motivated.
  • - Independent worker, self-organized with initiative and determination
  • - Excellent English, written and spoken
