Job Description

  1. Develop a product monitoring solution for reporting the product health and statistics.
  2. Develop a access management framework for user and product team  (e.g. RBAC, RuBAC, DAC)
  3. Good in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  4. Capacity to think critically and devise innovative solutions.
  5. Good knowledge in cloud computing platforms like Azure, AWS  
  6. Able to work with automation tools (Ex. Power Automate) for product improvement activities
  7. Support technical team to develop automation workflow for operation efficiency

Qualifications

  1. Able to work full time for a period of 6 months.
  2. Undergraduate studies in Engineering, IT or Computing
  3. Advanced MS Office proficiency
  4. Basic understanding of Windows operating system and Active Directory
  5. Familiarity with Scripting or related tools for chatbot development
  6. Virtualization technology knowledge will be an added advantage
  7. Able to work with automation tools (Ex. Power Automate) for product improvement activities
  8. Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
