Job Description

"Plan and coordinate the production of the assigned products, in order to satisfy the needs established by the customers, in quality, cost and delivery, collaborating with the achievement of Rexroth goals.

1. Ensure order, cleanliness, safety and discipline within the lines.
• Improve order and cleanliness, evaluated through audits.

2. Comply with the production schedule, reducing line breaks and unnecessary production changes.

3. Ensure product quality, reflected; Field and deliveries.
• Improve internal and external customer satisfaction.

4. Ensure availability of equipment, machinery, facilities and services.
• Ensure production continuity
• Ensure policy deployment goals compliance.

5. Manage staff.
• Improve quality, productivity and staff development.

6. Verify the indicators of quality and productivity, promote that they are located with the established goals, improving them continuously.
• Take effective actions in cases of deviations from the goal.

7. Teamwork with the Manufacturing and Process Engineer and Material Planner so that the line has the necessary manufacturing resources (personnel, tools, parts of change, materials).
• Fulfill customer orders. Improve the utilization and efficiency of the lines.
 

Qualifications

"Education: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Industrial, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanical or related.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in personnel management, management of resources for a production line. Ramp up experience.
Competences: Objective Orientation, Consciousness, Initiative, Ability to make contacts, Openness, Credibility, Ability to motivate / encourage others, Firmness to make decisions, Energy."
