博世动力总成有限公司建立于2004年，地点设于无锡，自2018年1月1号起合并成博世动力总成解决方案事业部中国区。2017年全新成立的动力总成事业部（Powertrain Solutions）包含为电动化交通设立专门业务单元以及目前的汽油系统和柴油系统业务。该事业部专注于三大战略重点领域：内燃机、混合动力乘用车和商用车，以及电动车领域。博世动力总成事业部为点到点的交通出行提供多样化的技术解决方案，能够为客户提供动力总成系统的一站式解决方案，使全球用户的交通出行更加高效、经济以及环保。全新的动力总成事业部（Powertrain Solutions）将拥有约88,000名员工，分布于全球25个国家的60多个地区。中国区约有5200名员工，总部位于无锡。

• Build up close relationship with customer at counterpart level
• To master Fuel cell knowledge, esp. in BoP, PTU and stack
• Market exploration with Bosch teams, sales strategy build-up and implementation
• Acquire BoP and stack biz acc. to OKR target
• Market intelligence collection as well as competitor study with marketing and engineering
• Internal team maintenance, incl. engineering, purchasing and manufacturing
• Customer order, delivery coordiation
• AR and invoice tracking
• Contract, price management
• Customer visiting, Panel meeting, high level meeting, other activities
• KPIs planning & tracking

Bachelor degree or above in engineering

Fluent English language in both verbal and writing.

Learning ability for quick knowledge build-up in fuel cell.

Ability to work self-dependent for the responsibilities defined by company and department targets.

Willingness to work customer-oriented.

Good people skills and communication, presentation skills.
